Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

I love these. Perfect fit for my arthritic feet, and very waterproof. I live in New Zealand, so every hike includes either rain or river crossing, or both. So good not to have to rock hop! Arrived quickly and so light!

Nice fit but not resistant AT ALL

I took my brand new boots to a 10 day backpacking trip. My feet did not blister at all and the fit was nice yet the boots are not completely waterproof since my feet got soaked from walking in the rain, regardless the annoying thing is the right shoe lace hold broke and the top ankle part of the boot easily ripped with a branch. So now my barely used boots have a hole and a detached lace holder. I honestly want a new boot!

Smaller than expected

I really love the shoes. They seem waterproof and robust so far (i use them as outdoor workshoes in all weather). The only thing is, they are smaller than my last Xero shoes (teraflex). I ordered the same size because i thought that would be safe, but the scrambler mid is unfortunately tighter and a bis smaller than the same size teraflex. Thats the only dissapointment. If it weren't for the high importcost, i would have swapped them out for a size bigger. For now, im still wearing them in and hoping that they will stretch and loosten with time. I love Xero shoes eitherway

Fantastic boots, fits a bit small in length

These shoes are amazing. They keep my feet dry and they're incredibly flexible and lightweight. I know buying shoes online is a challenge and sizing can be difficult so I would recommend ordering a 1/2 a size up. I read the recommendations on the website and ordered my regular size but unfortunately i'm getting a fair amount of toe bump. There might also be a potential issue at the pull tab at the back of the shoe. I pulled mine on yesterday and felt the tab detach from its anchor, so I'm a little worried that now I have a potential breach point for water
