Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Major durability issue

I bought these boots for my daughters. After just a few day, we noticed that the material around the ankles was starting to wear. Now, after a week and a half, the fabric is now significantly torn. Never seen this before… very disappointed! I wrote to Xero about this problem 3 days ago, and no answer from them. I hope they will do something about it. I want a full refund.

Better fit this time.

This is my second pair of Scramblers. Tried my usual size of 9, since those are perfect with my Prios, 360’s, high tops and sandals, but my toes hit when I did the scuff test on carpet. Don’t want to lose my toenails going down a mountain. Sized up a half size, and now I’m good to go. (Full disclosure: my second toe is my longest) Eager to try them, especially the waterproof feature.

Great things in this package!

This WP hiker keeps feet dry through pouring spring rains and muddy trails, sidewalk puddles and flooded streets. The soles shed mud much better than previous Xero hikers I've owned and adjusts easily to accommodate imperfect but active feet. There is just enough cushion in the sole to protect your feet and flexible enough to feel securely anchored to the earth. They clean up easily and work well with jeans and smart casual. Best Shoe I Have Ever Owned

Looks great and very stylish. I walk two miles to work in rain/muck/snow/dirt/concrete and they are perfect all-purpose and all-weather shoes. Great for hiking and athletic activities, and can keep them on and head into the city because they look so good, too.

First Hiking Boot

This will be my 6th pair of Xero Shoes. I wanted a treat for myself to look forward to after having ACL surgery. I can't wait to take them on many adventures on my road to recovery. They're very sturdy and unique. Beautiful and comfortable, I love the concept of a flexible hiking boot that I won't roll my ankles in. I wish there was a Canadian-based store. I think it would do so well, and would make purchasing so much more convenient.
