Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Love these - my second pair

As a toe walker for the first 20+ years of my life my feet have suffered on and off for years. About 10 years ago I began walking on the beach barefoot along with a stretching program to try and rehabilitate my feet and as that began working I wanted to try out a more natural barefoot type shoe. This is the second brand I’ve tried since then and I’m hooked. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in. I did replace the insole with one that offers a bit more arch support for now and I have pain free feet for the first time in decades. I now walk 4-5 miles a day rain or shine and my first Xero pair isn’t waterproof. I tried another brand before I realized I could get a waterproof shoe from Xero and in just one hour of wearing them in my house I could tell they weren’t going to work. They had a slightly elevated heel and it actually threw off my balance as well as created pain in my feet. So back they went and I searched the Xero site and discovered these waterproof hiking shoes and I love them. Very little break in period, comfy from the get go and no foot pain.

Want to love them…

I want to love these boots and I give them two stars as they are great in all temperatures, are absolutely waterproof and I love the colors. The problems I ran into are 1) they bunch up at the toe at times after they’ve been broken in, which can be uncomfortable. 2) I did find the toe box was not as wide as I thought they would be based on other Xero shoes I have, a little tight. 3) This is the biggest problem for me, the upper cuffs on these boots tore in multiple places on both boots on only the second time wearing them hiking just from some brushes against rocks, not great durability there. I tried to sew them shut but it was almost impossible to do it neatly as the material is so fragile on the cuffs. You can see that in the photos. For paying $189 I hoped they’d be more durable 🙁
