Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Unmatched comfort, but durability issues

I love xero. I've had no other issues with the 5 other pairs I've had of them. In fact,I still have every pair I've ever gotten and still wear them. I wanted something more substantial for a long hiking trip later this year and these looked like the perfect mix between a shoe and a boot with a little extra tread but still with plenty of flexibility. I wore the first pair once for a dog walk, 3.5 miles. So comfortable. I looked at them when I got home and noticed in the area where my foot bends, the vinyl like material was coming apart from the mesh over the top of the foot. Now this is something I'd potentially except in the future with a lot of wear, but I wore them for less than an hour. They easily exchanged them for the same shoe and those came yesterday. Wore them this morning for the same 3.5 mile walk, but I checked them at 2 miles, already starting to have the same issue. By mile 3.5, there's a ton of separation in the same area, extending even farther towards the toe. I wish I could keep them, they are great otherwise. The fit was great, lacing system was great, etc. Just with the severity of the separation after a single wear, I'm wondering what it would be like 3 months down the road, and for the price, I can't justify buying a new pair every year for occasional hiking trips. At some point that separation is going to start collecting debris and gravel, based on where it's located too, and I just simply don't want to deal with it. I've emailed customer service and have no doubt they'll help me out here, just bummed and a bit skeptical about buying anything with similar forefoot construction again

The little shoe that almost could

Firstly the shoe is very comfortable, and the fit in finish seem pretty stout. And perhaps I had bought them for the wrong purpose. I've had them a couple months and have put them through the paces. Used for hiking and water sports with the pup, however the lugs on the soles are already starting to wear thin, one of the soles is beginning to wear through. This is not a review to bash the company nor the product. Alas here I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place, pay for another pair and enjoy the comfort, or buy three pairs of a lesser shoe just to ensure that a dollar earned is not a dollar wasted. Again I cannot stress how comfortable the shoe is, but the sole cannot withstand use on hard surfaces for long.

Great Boots
