Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Mika’s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Mika in the washing machine or dryer.

Great boots

Great product,one catch

I have been loving all my Xero shoes and boots, they are comfortable, they winter boots are surprisingly warm and my feet feel so much better when I'm wearing them. The only catch for me which will probably prevent me from getting any more products is that the duty fees are just too much an expense to justify. I live in Canada and I'll probably end up trying another product if I need more barefoot shoes as getting that surprise duty fee tacked on to the order is making me look elsewhere to see if I can get a simular product without worrying how much the duty will be when it goes through customs.

A great boot, with a couple of flaws

I love the look and warmth of Mika! I had to size way up to get the width I need, but they are very comfortable and flexible in the sole. My biggest complaint is the design around the bottom edges of the shoe's upper: The faux leather that covers the toe and part of the sides is much more water resistant than the canvas, but there are spots where the canvas is exposed right down to where it's attached to the sole, making vulnerable spots that soak up wetness. If the faux leather covered the whole lower part of the shoe, they would be a lot more weather-proof and functional. I bought them in Sept. and wore them for walking every day all winter (Northeast US), and unfortunately the zippers gave out and broke in March. Xero was very helpful and replaced my boots free of charge, which I appreciate so much!

Best boots ever

I love the Mika boots, vegan with side zipper. Finally a boot that is not clunky and heavy. I can’t think of any cons so if you are on the fence about buying these boots, buy them. I wear size 6.5 or 7 and got a 7. Perfect fit. Nice and roomy in the toe box, no slip in the heel and you can adjust calf size. The side zipper makes getting in and out of the boot quick and easy.

So funky they’re adorable

I was shocked at how comfortable these are and how balanced I felt while walking on uneven ground. After wearing them half the day I slipped on my usual garden shoes, didn’t feel grounded or as balanced. Quite a difference.

Best shoes ever

I purchased these because I love to be barefoot, these boots are amazing. I'm going to be 61 and I love hiking so I'm thinking these will work beautifully. I have worn them everyday since I purchased them. I have been having my daughter's try them on.

I like em

I like these boots, but I probably wouldn't wear them in the snow. They don't seem like they are waterproof and your feet will be freezing. They are more like NY fall boots (or TX winter boots) to keep your feet warm while out walking around. The 5.5 fit my little wide feet pretty well with a thin hiking sock. They are light weight (Ronnie Coleman voice) and the laces definitely makes a difference because sometimes I like to wear them tighter around my ankle or I can loosen them.
