Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

I love my Denver’s so much that I have two pairs of them

I love the Denver boots! I love them so much that I bought two pairs. I’m a tattoo artist so I always end up bleaching my shoes while cleaning up at the end of the night. So because of that, I bought a pair for work and a pair for everywhere else. They are warm boots so they are perfect for the fall weather and into winter so long as you’re not spending hours outside.

Hiked Acadia with New Denver Boots

These boots are fantastic! I went to Acadia National Park and wore them for two tough hikes: Beehive and Precipice (both rocky, non-technical climbs). They held up great and provided excellent traction.

They definitely are not true to size

Definitely do not order your usual size, order at least one up if not 2. Probably better to even pick a different model entirely. This wasn't an issue with the last shoes I ordered from here as my normal size was a perfect fit with plenty of room. These are very narrow in the middle and even in the toes. They cramp my feet like a typical pair of shoes would... Not what I was expecting at all considering these are supposed to be barefoot style shoes and my current pair of xero shoes are so loved I've nearly worn holes through them. Also beware if you're in Canada you will actually pay more than double what the listed price here is due to crazy import taxes and duty fees. Had I known I'd be paying over $200 for this I wouldn't have ordered them.

Awesome boot

I have been wearing the Denver for about a year now and really enjoy them. They are extremely comfortable (like most of my Xero Shoes), lightweight, and look great. The materials have held up very well, though we will have to see about the years to come. The one area where I would like to see a change is in the insulation. These boots are often too warm for me to wear in late spring and early fall. I would really like to see a version of the Denver but with no insulation, so that it is comfortable to wear during a larger portion of the year. Otherwise, this is a fantastic boot.
