Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

With its Nubuck leather upper, the Denver Leather is ready for wherever you want to go. It’s ready for the cold with a cozy interior lining and heat-reflective insole. Or pull that insole out if the weather is getting a little warmer or you’re looking for a more barefoot feel.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND GRIPPY

The Denver Leather boot is lightweight at 12.2 oz (for each Men’s size 9). This shoe has a 4mm lugged dual-chevron tread on our FeelTrue® rubber sole, so you’ll have grip wherever you take it.

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Warranty is second to non!

I love these boots! There was a bit of an issue with a seam on the boots but the customer service at Xero is/was amazing. Certainly will recommend/have recommended Xero to others.

There was what sounds like a rare issue with my original pair of boots. Xero honored it's warranty and replaced them. I am very pleased with the shoes and service.

Arch delaminating from leather

I’ve had these for roughly two weeks. They are comfortable but… the sole of the shoe of one of the arches is delaminating from the leather. At this rate it won’t be waterproof for very long. Not sure how much longer they will last. Other than that they look great just don’t seem very durable.

Buy one in each color

I bought the brown Denver - leather boot about a year or two ago. They’re my favorite go-to footwear. They are fantastic with jeans. I wanted a black pair as well but they kept selling out. I finally got my black pair and began wearing them as well. I love how comfortable they are and there’s no breaking in period. Also, yes these are technically men’s boots, but what makes them men’s? They look great on me and I get compliments on them all the time. You do you and find your size equivalent.
