Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Love, love, love my Breckenridge

I am very flat footed and have had problems with different shoes. Recently, I tried going barefoot around the house and wearing other zero drop shoes outside of the house. None have been as comfortable as my Xero Breckenridge. I’ve used them on my daily dog walks; and just this weekend, I used them at a music festival where I was on my feet most of the day, walking on dirt hillsides, gravel paths and also around town. My feet felt supported but not constricted, and I had no pain.

fit very well and look fantastic

I purchased these primarily for the look. I wanted to wear longish skirts without looking too dressed up. My previous pairs of hiking boots really hurt my toes - they may have damaged my toes. I knew these boots would have a wide toe box and I have lots of experience in my very long past with negative or drop-heel shoes, so I went for it. They are gorgeous and extremely comfortable and they solved my fashion problem.

I live in Xero shoes

Several years ago you had a “we made to many” sale that finally got me to try Xero shoes. It was life changing. The pain in my knees and hips have greatly diminished. I work all day on my feet outdoors and I no longer have foot pain. I have converted all my foot ware to barefoot shoes, 95% of them Xero brand. I tell everyone about them and so far have gotten a coworker and my daughter to try them. I like to joke that I’ve converted to barefoot shoes thanks to your products.

Not bad, not the best

At first I tied them tightly (as a good boot should be worn) and the sides and tops basically bruised my ankles and leg. I jave to wear them without the top two loops tied and they have to be loose on my feet. It's not terrible, though not what I wanted in this boot. I am still going to wear them for work (a medical lab) as intended. The material was super stiff too, will definitely need some more breaking.
