Caring for your Alpines
To clean your Alpines, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Alpine in the washing machine or dryer.

We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.
All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.
Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.
International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.
Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.
All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Cute and warm af
These boots were worn for a majority of the winter and I absolutely loved how cute and warm they were. They definitely earned their spot in the winter tote going to the attic for summer. The quality is what I've come to love and expect from Xero and I'm officially to the point I will no longer be buying anything else.
NOT WATERPROOF
I've had these boots for a few months now and have been loving them. They are super comfortable and warm. I was excited to finally wear them on an outdoor 3D archery tournament this past weekend, believing they would keep me comfortable and dry. THEY DID NOT!! I'm very disappointed in them. It started raining on us about halfway through the shoot and I was in the middle of the foothills, a couple of miles away from my destination. At first things were okay, but eventually the water started seeping in and before I knew it, water was sloshing around in my boots. By the time I got home I could wring my socks out there was so much water in the boots. I didn't walk through any puddles, just grass and hiking trails. It was a complete and utter failure that caused me pain and suffering since they caused me to get really cold while also wet and triggered my disabilities. As a disabled veteran, I have to be careful how and when I do things. Having waterproof boots is a MUST for me and I counted on them to keep me comfortable and able to take part in the hike and tournament. Instead, I was miserable and it will take me days to recover from it. And because of that, I could not participate in the second day of the tournament, having to abandon my teammate to finish alone. I cannot even express how very disappointed I actually am. They are a total let down.

Seem Great! Just need some snow to test them out
I bought these toward the end of the winter season and haven't gotten to test them in the snow yet, but they fit great and are very comfortable.
Frustrated by the quality
This is a frustrating review to write because I’ve REALLY enjoyed wearing these boots—they’re comfortable, warm, and initially they looked great. However, with less than 4 months of wear, the back of both boots has torn. Frankly, I can and will sew them up myself because I can’t afford to buy new boots every season. But on top of that, I discovered quickly and to my displeasure that they’re not waterproof and I would hardly even call them water-resistant. We’ve had a mild winter in Ontario and if I wear them in any rain or wet snow, my feet are wet within15 minutes. And this after I additionally hit them with a waterproofing spray. I’m resigned to having wet feet—it seems no barefoot company has been able to design a winter boot that is durable and waterproof. I would personally advertise these boots to someone as an autumn/ spring cool weather hiking boot for primarily dry conditions. For context, prior to switching to barefoot shoes, I often wore Blundstone boots 3-4 seasons of the year, and both pairs I had lasted over three years. This is my expectation for a shoe I have to pay over 200$ for after the US to Cad conversion, shipping, and duties.

I’m soo glad I got these lightweight boots that are very comfortable to walk in. No more heavy cement weighted boots that exhaust you as you walk.These have great bottoms so you don’t have to worry about slipping and falling , Highly recommend these you will love them !
