5,000 Mile Sole Warranty

If the soles of your Xero Shoes wear down to less than 1mm thick, we’ll provide a 60% discount on a new pair of the same style at full retail price (MSRP).

24-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

If you experience a manufacturer defect within 24 months of purchase, your shoes may be eligible for a replacement value under our warranty. The value of any replacement under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered?

• Third-Party Purchase – Items purchased from independent retailers, Amazon, or other third-party sellers. If you purchased from these sources, please contact the original seller for assistance.
• Misuse & Improper Care – Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or other improper storage conditions.
• Sole Warranty Limitations – The 5,000 Mile Sole Warranty applies only to FeelTrue® outsoles and Michelin Soles with Fiberlite Technology. It does not cover the Vibram Cherry Products.
• Machine Washing & Drying – Shoes that have been damaged by being washed or dried in a machine.
• Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations – damage that has been caused by your repair or from an outside source.
• Normal Wear and Tear – General signs of use that naturally occur over time.

🚫 Purchases made from independent retailers, third-party sellers, or Amazon are NOT covered. If you purchased your shoes from a retailer, please reach out to them directly for warranty or return inquiries.

We’ve made it easier than ever to submit a warranty claim with our new self-service portal!

Head to our Warranty Portal and have the following ready:

• Your order number and the email address used to place the order
• Photos of the issue
• For closed-toe shoes: a clear photo of the manufacturing tag (usually found on the tongue or inner side)
• For sandals: full photo of the entire sandal (no tag needed)

Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed and you’ll receive email updates as it’s processed, including approval or next steps.

🔍 Customer Service Review Process

• We’ll review your request to confirm if it qualifies for warranty coverage.
• Please keep your item(s) throughout the warranty process, as discarding them may void your warranty. You must be able to provide photographic proof of possession of the item(s) with your claim. Depending on the review, we may also request that the shoes be returned or ask for additional photos showing the extent of the damage or unwearable condition.

📦 Replacement or Discounted Replacement

• If your claim is approved, we’ll either provide a store credit for the original purchase price or a discount toward a replacement, depending on the type of warranty your item qualifies for.

📌 Fun Fact: While our 5,000-mile sole warranty doesn’t cover Tasmanian Devil attacks, we might make an exception if you save all the pieces. Yes, it really happened!

THE WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE BY FEEL THE WORLD, INC. OUR ONLY OBLIGATION IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE SHOES.

FEEL THE WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a particular claim or condition qualifies under our warranties.
