Tara Warolin

Hi, my name is Tara Warolin. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and (gasp!) hated camping and hiking when I was a kid. When my family moved to Iowa, I quickly learned that I had taken the mountains and ocean for granted. The midwest is beautiful in it’s own way, but it didn’t get me excited about being outside. After I graduated college, I lived in New Zealand for a year and began my journey of outdoor exploration. I engaged in new experiences and realized there was a whole world out there with so much to offer. When I returned to the stunning PNW, that was when my love of everything outdoors truly became a part of who I was. In the last few years, I have visited over 25 national parks in the United States and hope to hit them all eventually. I currently live in Texas and have enjoyed exploring a new area with completely different landscapes.
