My own path to health is what inspired me to become a personal trainer and help others achieve their fitness goals. In eight months, I lost nearly 60 pounds and turned my unhappy, inactive lifestyle into a life I’m proud of. Now I help others achieve what I was able to attain: a lifestyle rooted in a balanced, sustainable approach to life-long health. When I am not working with clients I am an avid mountain and rock climber who lives for the outdoors!
