Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Prio All-Days

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Since the Prio All-Day has a leather upper, you can use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

so comfortable

Actually I truly loved my Mesa Trails, but I needed to switch to an all-leather shoe, thus the Prio All-Day. Prio All-Day seems to come up a little higher on my foot and ankle, thus a few days of wear needed to become accustomed. After a week, I can say that I do love these shoes too. Plenty of room for my toes, nice snug fit across instep keeping my feet in place. I use these mostly for walking, walking, walking, and they’re wonderful. No pain in my feet! I do certainly recommend them.

Like the shoe, don’t like the smell

I like the shoe itself and the fact that it looks more like a “normal” shoe. (I also used Whitin’s but the very large toe box makes them look goofy.) But I haven’t been able to actually wear them yet (except for a short time in the house) as they have such a strong odor. I bought the nines first which didn’t fit so I sent them back. They had a strong odor but I was hoping the 9.5 shoes wouldn’t be so chemically smelly. Unfortunately, they were so I’ve be airing them out, at first inside which helped but they were still smelly to the point where if I wore them at my desk, the odor would fill the room. I am chemically sensitive so I get that most people won’t mind the odor. But for me, it’s something to deal with. So I’ve had them outside, (covered porch) and I think the outgassing is going faster. A couple more weeks and I’ll try them indoors again.

Pretty good

I personally wish they had a little more cushion and that the tread wouldn't trap little stones so easily but they otherwise seem good for my feet. I bought a half size larger than my usual size because my regular size seems a tad too short for some reason in Xero Shoes. Using a zero drop shoe seems to have fixed a problem I was having with ankle pain, and the shoes are very lightweight, so while I keep hoping for the perfect shoe I'll likely buy again in the future.
