Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Prio All-Days

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Since the Prio All-Day has a leather upper, you can use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

Almost a dress shoe

This is my second pair, the new feel slightly tighter. The new sole is what I needed. I'm using them for mountain bike rides. The leather is protective and the soles are uniquely patterned to hold the spikes in flat pedals. Hopefully they will break in & my toenails will be comfortable

Fits like a glove!

Because of a series of back injuries my feet prefer I sit much more than stand. In the process of seating more my right foot swelled more than my left. During this swelling time it has become impossible to find a shoe size that would fit the swelling changes I’ve been going through. Yet eventually I discovered if I ordered a Xero shoe that fit my biggest swollen foot; my right foot, I could eventually find a shoe that would fit most comfortably on both feet. After a series of experimenting I happily discovered when I ordered a size larger than normal Xero shoe for my bigger right foot; I could insert mob orthotics in my left foot so the usually too big left foot would be almost identical as the comfortable fit I had with my right foot. An additional message for those who wear orthotics being by wearing Xero shoes; it can eliminate the need to wear orthotics. I did’t give my shoes a 5 star rating because I have a wider than usual foot size which may make it impossible to find the perfect show size for my wider right foot? So on behalf of my future comfort I’m asking Xeroshoes to offer another wide size to accommodate people like me that have as unusually wide foot in relation to the standard foot size. If this explanation I have given is hard to understand; I do apologize. Hopefully there’s another XeroShoe customer with almost the identical problem?

Best work shoes .

I’ve had several pairs of xero’s and love every pair I’ve owned. The all day feels great on your feet and has unbeatable traction in any condition. The only thing to note is the size. They say to order 1/2 size up and I ended up having to send them back to get the same size I always wear. So, in my case the same size you always wear is the right one. Spend the money on these and get them. You and your feet will thank you!

Comfortable shoes, not nonslip

These are great shoes if you aren’t using them in an environment that demands real nonslip protection. The wide toe box is saving my feet from the pain my other nonslips were causing but I work front of house at a restaurant and have nearly fallen several times already just passing through the kitchen. If the sole could be made more nonslip the shoes would be excellent but they may be too dangerous for those in my position to wear safely.

Third pair

I am a USPS Mail Carrier and I started wearing these Prio All-Day SRs about three years ago. I was trying to find a shoe that would have even ware on it soles to help with my hip pains from all my walking. The Prio did exactly what I hoped it would do and I am hip pain free. I get about just under 4K in milage out of a pair of the Prios and I am not disappointed. Thank You
