To clean your Oswego shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Oswego in the washing machine or dryer.

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Too small

I really wanted to love these shoes but alas the footbed was much too short. Following the other reviews I ordered a half size larger than normal but my 1 & 2nd toes were still crunched against the toe box. Very cute and fit was great everywhere else. I wish these were available in Canada.

Runs small!

I fell in love with prios and wanted all things xero, even bought my husband prios that he loves. But the last 2 pairs I bought have been disappointing. Got the leather dressy shoes and wore them outside, hoping they'd stretch. They're not and **** my toes, but can't return since I wore outside. Now these. Bought in the same size as my prios. The upper doesn't have much stretch and I could barely get my foot in. Once in they came all the way up to the bend in my ankle without any give. I can see that digging in and getting painful when I walk. But then I stood up and my toes were pressing all the way at the end. I returned but I'm still deciding if I want to try another pair. I would order a full size up if I did, but I hate having to mail things back. Wish there was a store near me where I could try on.

Seem good

This is the second pair of Xero shoes that i have ordered. The first pair was the Aptos women's shoe (https://xeroshoes.com/shop/shoes/aptos-women/) and my foot was swimming in that shoe. Also that shoe had no laces to tighten the top of the shoe. If I had not read Robyn's review of this shoe I probably would have gone down a few sizes when I switched shoes. Luckily, based on Robyn's review and photos, I stuck with my original size in this shoe. If I had gone down at all they never would have fit. I feel like the toe box on this shoe is a little tight, especially on my big toe. I was going to keep them and hope that the toe box would stretch out, but after wearing them around the house for maybe 20 min, I have decided they are just too small and will hurt. I am contemplating just returning them or going up half a size. : ( Besides the toe box, they seem like nice shoes.

Too small

The footbed was too short. In other shoe brands I’m a size 11, but the 11 felt about one size too small.

Toe box is not so wide...

My first time buying xero shoes. I've been wearing minimalist shoes and would never go back. Let me start with the positive: I really love the "loden" color I picked and the look. They look well made overall. I was really hoping they would fit because I don't like having to return. However, the toe box is not very wide as said. I cannot stretch my big toes out like I would naturally. I got a 7.5 size, which is my usual size, and they are too snug and my toes hurt. They are not very easy to put on, a bit stiff actually. Also, I wish there was no "toe bumper" added to the shoe. Maybe it's just because they are too small for me, but I would think since these shoes are meant to be close to natural feel, there shouldn't be a toe bumper. That's just my thought.

Wanted to love these; but didn’t

I will add my thoughts along with others regarding the sizing being small. I am usually a 7-7.5. I ordered the 7; and not only did I find the shoe too short, but the elastic around the ankle doesn’t stretch very much. This makes getting the shoe on difficult. Also; over the top of my foot despite being a fabric I thought the shoe was too tight. I debated exchanging for a 7.5, but I figured that even going up in size probably wouldn’t change the overall volume in the shoe. I returned. I wanted the Aptos, but it only has a white sole which will look dirty in no time. I think the overall look would have been better in all black. So needless to say; I wish sizing was more consistent between styles. The Hana shoe was too small in a size 7 for me as well and the new styling with the elastic is really restricting on the foot. I much preferred the Lena style that I still have and was hoping to replace. I went with another company for an all black casual zero drop/minimal shoe. The positive is that I ordered a pair of the winter boots for my husband during the Fall sale; and he loves them.

Great shoe!

I was looking for an every day shoe that looks a bit cuter and more casual than my Merrell gloves. These definitely meet that requirement! They're very cute and comfy, minimalist, and have a nice wide toe box. I ordered my usual shoe size, but I found they were slightly (*barely*) too small. Felt about right without socks, but my toes couldn't spread out comfortably with socks on. I exchanged for half a size up and they fit great.

smaller than true to size

I am new to xero shoes--my first experience is not pleasant so far--the oswego is VERY hard for me to get on and is smaller than true to size, I am a 7-7.5 in every other shoe I've owned, so I went with 7.5's--but they are too tight over all and short from heel to toe. I wish I had an 8 and not a bunch of return/buy/pay to ship hassle. I'm disappointed.

Great Shoes!

This was my first order from Xero shoes. I just got these yesterday, and they are very comfy. I can slip them on and off easily. Without socks, they are a bit big for me (my heels are narrow) but when I wear my plushy compression socks, they work very well. I hope to get a lot of use out of them. Thank you for a great shoe!

Will be returning

Size seems accurate. But there is something between the knit and inner white layer that gives structure from the heel to in front of the lace area. Unfortunately it ends exactly where my foot bends while walking and it digs in.
