Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Love these shoes!

I bought womens mesa trail 11 in the darker purple color. I absolutely love it! The color is great. I bought my normal size 8.5 and it fits perfect. It’s not as wide as I was expecting but I have a med to narrow foot and it was perfect for me. I like to be barefoot in my shoes and it was so comfy right out of the box! I have one heel that must be super narrow so I did have to put a band aid at the back which is normal for me. There was no slippage in the front that feels like a rug burn. I picked a rainy day to run errands and try them out (not purposely lol). I didn’t feel like my shoes or feet were soaked. The tread was amazing on puddly asphalt! No slipping at all. I would not be afraid to wear these on our easy hikes. I used the insole that came with them and didn’t notice stones and things hurting me but I wasn’t on a trail. There was no break in period for me. I have worn barefoot type zero drops before and these are the best! I would never wear the others hiking. I have troubled feet….They are high arched…high instep….narrow heeled….plantar fasciitis…and a spur in the back of one heel. Even tho I have a high arch I can’t seem to wear good supportive arch shoes. The arches in shoes never hit mine in the right spot causing more pain. I get along with zero drops so well! I hope someone else who has troubled feet can see this review. These shoes are so nice and worth the money!

I love the extra toe room. That’s the worst part of regular shoes is the lack of space in the front of the shoe, very natural. Lived my xero shoes. Hope they restock the muddy rose shade soon!

Defect

My first pair of Xero Shoes. I wear a women size 6, they felt true to size. Cute shoe. Looked nice on my foot. The left foot felt great. The right foot not so great. The tongue seam had a manufacturing defect and rubbed against my big toe, causing significant pain and discomfort. Disappointing, but I imagine they would be really comfortable without the defective seam sewing. I submitted a warranty claim. Hoping to be able to write a five star review on the replacement.
