To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.
All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.
Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.
International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.
Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.
All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

I wear these for PT everyday. They’re light, durable, and are fit for any type of workout. Whether I’m running 5 miles or deadlifting these are my go to shoes. For the next editions can we have some brighter options like the HFS II bright orange or light blue?
These by far exceeded my expectations. As a ups driver I rack up miles on my feet everyday. I ordered these shoes as a spring summer work shoe when I don’t need my big clunky work boots. I’m still new to the barefoot game but have several pairs I wear regularly when not at work but I was worried about how my feet would feel wearing barefoots during a whole shift which is around 11 hours and 20K steps a day. I was surprised that not only did my feet feel great at the end of the day, the pain I already have in my feet on a regular basis while wearing my clunky work boots with orthopedic insoles instantly went away after putting these shoes on in the morning. These have become one of my favorite pairs of Xero shoes that I have next to the HFS but I’m yet to find a pair I don’t like. These are my 5th pair I’ve bought and couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about grabbing a pair. Your feet will thank you.
I’ve only worn these for a couple weeks. I ordered a half size larger as I like more room in the toe box. My foot is right on the edge of being a wide. I would take Xero’s advice and order these true to size. They would be roomy enough true to size wearing mid weight wool socks. The half size larger does give me a full thumbs width in front of my big toe and there are no negative side effects wearing a half size larger. The fabric wets out quickly but dries very fast. Excellent. I love the removable insole as I found them more comfortable without the extra cushioning. These are the closest I’ve found to the original Merrell Trail Glove that was perfect in its first two iterations. The only problem I’ve found is that I get a “pocket” of sand between the outer mesh and interior liner at the “strap” next to the little toe. It puts pressure on my little toe and needs to be removed. Fortunately, I can get it out fairly quickly. I’m not sure if this is a defect to my pair or not. The sand is gettin in there playing with the gym equipment at the park with my toddler.
I have waited until all the snow was gone before I took my new shoes out for a run. The wait was worth it!!! I have actually gone for 2 runs in them. Both runs the shoes were terrific. Comfy secure and just right for my feet. Not much actual train running but what there was they were very good with dirt trails. Thanks for this great shoe
I have particularly wide feet and a pretty high arch, too, so take my sizing review with that in mind. If you've got wide feet and a high arch, you'll want to order at least a half-size larger. Even with half a size up, it didn't fit right until several lace adjustments and a decent amount of break-in stretching later. And it's still tight across the top of the ball of my foot. This process is pretty normal for me given how non-standard my foot shape is, so no minus points there. That being said, once I got it to the point I felt comfortable wearing it, it's a fantastic shoe. Even though it's tight across the ball, there's no fatigue, stress, or injury on my foot at the end of a 5-mile hike on lightly groomed, natural surface trail at speed (~4-5mph). It is wonderfully light, but still feels rugged and offers good protection on natural surface trails. The lace design that attaches to/near the sole offers a lot of support. This is probably the first natural shaped shoe I've worn that didn't rub my achiles raw, so big points there. The upper breathes well, and the included inserts are supportive and comfortable, even for my high arches. The feel without the inserts is best described as confidently barefoot. You will feel everything, but your feet will survive it all, too. If you need me to think of even just one complaint, it's that by "trail" it means "recently groomed, relatively even/flat surfaces". The sole is fine unless you're having to step on stones. You won't feel all of them (with the inserts in) but you know they're there for certain. The upper of the shoe is so thin that even smaller, green branches can be felt through it with little force. No damage has been done to the shoes by my experimenting here, to their credit. That said, do not expect these to be like hiking shoes. They aren't. As long as you understand where you can take the shoe, you won't be disappointed.
