Caring for your Dillon

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

My fave Xero's yet!

I got the Dillon's in the pink sand color and they are a breath of fresh spring air. Comfortable, stylish, light weight. I'm thrilled with them. I found they run a half-size smaller than other Xeros that I've been wearing, but the ship back and exchange worked easily.

Stylish Casual Shoe

I started wearing Xero shoes about two years ago. I have very narrow heals and they were the first tennis shoe I could find that did not give me blisters. Not to mention the lack of foot fatigue after wearing them all day. Wore a pair of Xero to Disneyland for 4 days straight without any issue. I wanted something a little more chic and was delighted to find the Dillon. They look great with jeans and shorts. I love the profile and color. Now, they do have a seam running right down the back of the shoe. Unfortunately, this did give me a slight blister (the shape of my heals makes me so very sensitive). I added a padded heal liner though and the problem was taken care of. They are my new go to shoe right now. It would have been nice if I hadn't had to add the heal liner, but it was an easy modification and I am happy the problem was so easily taken care of because I truly do love the shoe.

My favorite Xero shoes!

I have the Dillon in grey. They are so comfy out of the box and don't obviously look like a barefoot shoe. Lacing is very comfortable. I have a low volume shoe and often have problems with having to almost pull the two sides of the shoe together across the tongue, but this shoe is set wide enough that it just looks normally laced. There is still plenty of tongue inside the shoe if my foot were higher volume it wouldn't show out the sides. Love love love these shoes and I will probably buy them in every color!
