Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Aqua Clouds

Because of the TrailFoam™ in the Aqua Cloud, these need a bit of extra attention. Do not leave the sandals in hot cars or exposed to intense or direct sunlight. This could cause the TrailFoam™ to deform and is not covered by our warranty.

To clean your Aqua Cloud sandals, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry (away from direct sunlight).

An ok sandle

I believe these to be an decent sandel for the beach or just wearing out. Once I got them adjusted so they lift and stay on my foot properly they were quite comfy to wear around the resort while I was in Mexico. However, I bought these to be an in and out of the pool/ocean sandel. They are terrible in the water in my opinion. The fold under when trying to walk in the water which causes a tripping hazard and is uncomfortable to say the least. Yes I have them adjusted properly, I watched the videos and had them on and off many times for micro adjustments until I was satisfied with the fit. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Other than that they seem exactly as advertised.

Unable to open lace clips to cut lace ends that are too long.

I watched the online video of how to unfasten the lace clips at end of laces and was unable to do it. The lace ends are too long. My repeated attempts gave me a cut thumb. What am I missing?

Not great...

I bought my first pair of Xero Sandals and they lasted me 8 to 9 years. I loved them. I got my second pair and within a year they were showing wear and tear and the loop that goes between the toes has completely broken on one and started fraying on the other. I'm really disappointed. I cannot recommend them, even at the cheaper price.

less than comfortable to wear

I was hopeful these would be good to wear around the house but they are not. I made the switch to minimalist footwear a couple of years ago and mostly walk around barefoot in the house. Bought these for using around the house when I take the dog out to walk and such. First, the sting between the toes is not comfortable and the little rubber knot doesn't help. I'm not used to these thong slippers but these feel worse than what I remember from the plastic ones. I do like that there is some adjustment of the strap and where it splits off to wrap around your foot but I haven't been able to figure out a good place that keeps it from rubbing across the top of my foot when I sit with my legs crossed. The huge plastic clips for the ends of the paracord are really irritating and always in the way when trying to get comfortably seated. Most of theirs would be moot if they were easy to slip on but the cord gets in the way of slipping these on and off. Oh and one last issue, they're loud. They certainly have that flip-flop clapping action even with a heel strap. These were my first and more than likely my last Xero purchase.
