The Neuro Ball can be used as a release ball to roll under your feet, in the palms of your hands or over your calves. You can also split the ball into two dome shapes for a stationary tool that gives you more control over pressure and static holds while specifically targeting an area like the sole of your foot. You can also use the bonus RAD Micro Round to further target hard-to-reach areas between the small bones of your feet and hands for a comprehensive, multi-treatment approach to giving yourself the best care.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

It's like having a new pair of feet

I love, love, love the Neuro Ball. After using it only 3 times, I felt like I'd just gone out and bought myself a new pair of feet, luxury version. I didn't realize how much discomfort my feet had been causing me until after the pain was gone. I now use it morning and evening, and I've been spreading the word among my family and friends, resulting in at least 3 other sales.

I feel like I went out and bought a new pair of feet!

The Neuroball is amazing. After using it just 3 times, I felt like I had brand-new feet. My gait has improved, walking is easier, and a pesky ankle problem has all but disappeared. I'm recommending them to everyone I talk to.

Very helpful for feet!

This massage ball has been wonderful for rubbing out the arches of my feet as it is heavy and hard enough, and the spikes press deep into the skin. It doesn't hurt and has relieved some of the tendon popping that would happen at the end of the day.

Great for stretching, release, strengthening, or just a massage!!

I just received my Neuro Ball and I love that it comes with detailed exercise instructions and there are videos online as well. I have previously used tennis and golf balls for some foot exercises. And I have recently been using the Naboso Recovery Socks and insoles, so I thought the Neuro Ball was an interesting combination of the texture and a ball for exercise. I also like that it splits in two for more options or just keeping it stable when using for release. The texture is soft enough to be comfortable but still effectively digs in to stimulate nerves and release muscles. I have been wearing Xero shoes for about a year and a half after suffering plantar fasciitis and other foot pain for a few years. Xero and Naboso have been the two companies whose products have really made a difference in my foot health and strength, and in overcoming foot pain and injury.
