Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Runs small, disappointing build quality, but warm

This was my second purchase from Xero, and I really wanted to love this boot but it fell short in a few crucial ways. First off: it runs small. I typically wear a US size 13 and have wide feet. My first purchase, a Prio, was the PERFECT shoe! Wide, roomy, and easy to put on and take off. Not so with the Denver; it was a much tighter fit and difficult to put on and take off. I chalked some of that up to being a boot and maybe needing to break it in...but I think that was just wishful thinking. I wanted to wait to write a review until I wore it out more, but I ended up hardly ever wearing them because they were such a pain to put on/take off in addition to being painful. This leads me to the second issue: build quality. The bootstraps are terrible and easily pull off the boot itself, as I saw another reviewer had mentioned. The outsole itself appears to also be detaching from the back of one of the boots, and keep in mind I have not worn these very often! I love my Prios and recently ordered a pair of Dillons and Ridgeways for myself and a pair of Konas and Prios for my wife because of just how awesome the Prios are. I'm hoping this was a one-off issue with this particular product and also wish I had returned them for a refund instead of wishing for the best, especially as these were an expensive pair of boots. If I'm able to update this review with photos later, I'll do so.

Misplaced return

I was dissapointed. After ordering shoes International (Canada) I saw that the return policy was simply to send them back and that id get a refund when they arrived. I misplaced my tracking number and as a result never received a refund and had little to no response from the company when I reached out. I was very interested in the product but after taking a nearly $400 bath on the experience I can't recommend anyone else try it.

Quality, but small

I love the material and style/shape of them. They are a quality product. But, they definitely run small. I got my normal size the first time, returned them, and then got a half size up and I feel like they’re still a tad small. And while the toe box definitely gives you more room than normal shoes, the width of the entire shoe doesn’t seem to give me much more room (I have wide feet)

Weird flex of boot causes bruising on toe

I love the look of these boots, and they are warm and seemingly perfect for winter, but where they flex when i walk is sharp and causes pain and bruising on the base of one of my toes. I keep hoping they will wear in more and soften up, but so far no luck.

My Go To For Fall-Spring

The lightness of these boots are ridiculous (In a good way) and these are my go to shoes everyday in North Dakota from Late Fall- Spring. I then store them away in the summer for the Prio's. I love the look and fit so much. Thank you for making these!
