Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Gracies, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Gracie in the washing machine or dryer.

Hands down the best gardening boots ever made

This gardening boot is very similar to traditional garden boots but with a few essential upgrades. Traditional rubber gardening boots have always given me extreme foot pain and even bruises on the sides of my feet if I wear them too long because they are so narrow and inflexible. This Gracie boot has all the great qualities of a good gardening boot like being fully waterproof and easy to put on, but unlike traditional gardening boots, they have an extra wide toe box and they are very flexible. This allows me to wear this boot for hours while I'm gardening without any foot pain which is actually a miracle. Plus the green color is super cute so you can even wear them out when it's raining and look stylish. I would recommend this to any gardener or anyone who needs waterproof/rain boots!

Waiting to hear back from customer service

The boots aren’t as wide as I thought they’d be, the loop on the back of the shoe pull off the first time I tried the shoes on. I messaged customer service on 4/8, marked my shoes with x’s on the toe box and have not heard back from anyone. Not sure if I made a good purchase or not yet. Thank you

Gracie fit

I wasn't sure what size to get since I'm a half size wearer most of the time, so I went with a size up which worked out just right. The only problem I have is the ankle fit is a little too small for my foot to pass through, & the tab in the back seems to be more decorative than to help pull the shoe on over my foot, too small a loop too. Maybe consider making the opening a little more stretchy or bigger to accommodate larger feet? Maybe make the loop a bit bigger & out of the rubber material or a stronger feeling material to pull the boot on? Other than those 2 things I loved the feel of the boot & my feet seemed to stay dry this last rain we had while I was in the garden.

Great rubber boots

I chose the green Gracie boots and I love the color. I wasn’t sure about sizing so I sized up to a 9. I’m an 8 1/2 normally but I like space to wiggle my toes.

Awesome Rain Boots

I ordered a size 10 (regular Xero size:9.5), and the boots weren't too big. They gave me enough space to move around in, and to wear thick socks. I tried walking around with them on a rainy day, and my feet stayed comfortable. I love the yellow color, and received some compliments.
