How do I return my shoes (US and International)?

If you’re having a problem, we recommend calling our Customer Happiness Team to see if they can help, or if your issue is covered by either our 5,000 Mile Sole Warranty or 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. They can be reached at 303.447.3100 or 800.499.8880.

We accept shoes back that are in new and unworn condition. Whenever possible, please include the packing materials as well.

As a small company we are not able to refund shipping costs, so your refund will be for the purchase price of the shoes.

Include your packing slip and write that you would like a refund.

We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been completed. We kindly ask for up to 10 business days to process your request.

For US orders only – You can also use the link below to create a prepaid return label for your refund. Please note that will we will deduct a flat fee of $9.99 for all prepaid return labels that are used for refunds.
