How do I exchange my Xero Shoes (U.S.A.)?

If you need a different size, or want to try a different style, we can help.

Shoes sent for exchange must be in new and unworn condition. Please include the original packing materials, if possible.

There are 2 ways to exchange your Xero Shoes:

  1. The quickest option — Place a new order for the pair you want, then return your first pair (again, in new and unworn condition) using the return label that we provide (see below).

    Once we receive the original pair we’ll give you a full refund (including shipping) on the new order.  If you choose this method, be sure to include your original packing slip with your new order number written on it, along with a note that you would like a full refund. We will email you when your return has been processed. Please note we can only provide prepaid return labels for US orders.

    If you don’t have your packing slip, that’s not a problem, just write all your information on a blank piece of paper.

  2. The slower, traditional method: Note, this can take 10 business days from the day the shoes are received at our warehouse to process – especially during a sale or new product announcement – plus an additional 4-6 days on shipping for the new shoes. Use the prepaid label we provide (see below) to send your shoes back to us. Include your packing slip and write the size/style/color you are exchanging for. We will email you when we ship out the new shoes.

We kindly ask for up to 10 business days to process your request. During sale times, it may take a couple extra days for us to process returns. We appreciate your support and patience throughout the process!
